Morning dew points ranged from at Saint Louis, Missouri, and Louisville, Kentucky, to at Memphis, Tennessee. or dew points were found in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Springfield and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
